We are surrounded by beautiful food exploding with color and fragrance at this time of year. There are fresh herbs and greens bursting with color, texture and taste.
Basil, mint, kale, swiss chard just to name a few.
We have ripe delicious fruits, cheeries, melons and peaches. Beautiful sweet pineapple.
All these fruits and vegtables are ripe and full of many nutrients and savory flavors. They are also providing us with many health benefits.
This month I wanted to share some of my recipes. I have been receiving many requests since I post pictures on instagram of my smoothies.
I love my nutri bullet, it’s fast easy and it cleans in a second. You can use a blender as well.
Please mix and match according to your needs.
