Entering into midlife, we start to experience all the physical changes. Weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes, achy joints, etc.

These physical changes relate to the physiological changes we experience.

How you feel in your body will directly affect your life and how it’s lived.

I will coach you, with proven coaching principles to shift you back into feeling excited for your life again. Live with more energy, vitality and gain the freedom you were meant to have at this point of your life. I want you to travel more, run around with the grandchildren, and live a life you deserve with a body that will move more efficiently.

Hi! I’m Maria, the Founder of MLMethod.

I am passionate about all things, movement, mindset, and living your most vibrant midlife.

Along with the movement, mindset work is imperative to aging well. We all know about it, but do we actually do anything to build the mindset muscle?
