Welcome to a new year!
If you’re like most people, you’re starting a resolution or a habit change.
The common resolutions I normally hear, “I want to lose weight” or “I want to take more time for myself”.
Does that ring a bell?
Don’t get me wrong, losing weight, if you’re overweight and unhealthy should be taken seriously. Taking time for yourself in this midlife season is imperative for optimal health and should also be taken seriously as well.
But these goals might be on rinse and repeat. Same goals or resolutions year after year.
Can you relate?
What if this year were different? What if you were given a roadmap to living a your best life 20 years from now?
Would that interest you?
Sounds woo woo right?
All of our new desired habits or resolutions have to do with self improvement or personal growth on some level.
I often hear women over 50 say, “I’m good, I don’t need personal growth, I am happy where I am in my life now.
Personal growth is not only for the younger generation, in fact it’s so important as we age.
You’re enjoying the freedom that midlife offers you. That’s great, but what if 20 years from now you look back at your life and reflect, “why didn’t I do something more, why did I just stay complacent or why didn’t I take that chance, or make that move?
I am sure you’ll end up feeling regret.
What if 20 years from now you looked back at your life and said “Damn, I”m so glad I took that chance, or did that thing I was afraid to do?
What if 20 years from now you have your annual check up and the doctor seems impressed and says” Whatever your doing, keep doing it, you’re in perfect health”?
Imagine what you would feel then?
Do you think 20 years from now you will be the same you?
If you are blessed with the gift of 20 more years, you better start planning now and get excited.
I can’t wait to hear what your roadmap uncovers for you.
Here is the roadmap that I have used and continue to use for me and my clients.

I know you’ve heard about writing a letter to your younger self while looking at a picture of younger you. It’s a great reminder as to what we have learned and how we have grown and evolved into an amazing woman. This is different.
It is similar but now we are looking ahead instead of back.
As you begin your roadmap, visualize yourself 20 years from now. What is the future YOU doing? What is she wearing? What did she surprise you with? What is she thanking you for?
I cherish my letter to my future self and reflect on it often. I really want to grow and evolve into that 80 year old me.
Have fun with this, and please share this with others.
Happy and Healthy New Year
I will be making sure you stay fit, move better, and stay happy and feel amazing as you age.
It is my honor to serve you.
XOXO
