ML Method Monthly Practice (Group)
Join me and a group of amazing ageless women as we work together to stay active with specific movements that matter.
I educate on Movement Longevity, not an exercise plan. Movement and Exercise are two different things.
We shed our limiting beliefs about aging and we start planning for our best future. We hold each other accountable and celebrate together. We facilitate behavioral changes for a healthy lifestyle. We share our ups and downs as we show up for ourselves and others.

ML Method Immersion 1:1
The ML Immersion is an in-depth, customized 12-week system, designed to improve your health and well-being. You will learn specific movements that matter to achieve movement longevity.
Together, we’ll identify your specific fitness goals. We’ll work through frustrations and fears about midlife and beyond, find coaching sessions, and guide you through a new chapter. You’ll get monthly videos tailored to your body’s needs.
The ML Immersion includes:
- 12 weeks of 1:1 weekly coaching sessions (60min via Zoom)
- Customized “walks with words” to keep you motivated
- One 30-min consultation with a Registered Dietician
- Email support
- Pair of Naboso Insoles
- Clear picture of your 12-week immersion plan
- Weekly worksheets designed to keep you on track
