Time Time Time…

Did you ever realize how much of our lives are structured around time?

Do you ever feel as though you never have enough time. Enough time to really enjoy whatever it is that you want to do. Do you feel hurried a lot and anxious to get it all done. Do you ever say to yourself “where does the time go or time flys”

I have a little secret that will help you create more time in your life.

Now, I know you might be thinking, well how the heck do you manage to function in your day to day life if you pay no mind to time?

I do and I always have enough time for me. I design it that way.

You know the days when you are amazed that everything you intended to get done, does. It’s like time was on your side.

Follow these simple 3 tips to get time to work for you and not against you.

Better yet, I can get time to stand still so you can enjoy more of your life and what’s important to you.

1) THROW AWAY (or donate) YOUR WATCHES.…that’s right don’t wear a watch. Unless of course its just for fashion, but then you must never look at it.

Ever notice people who are slaves to their watches. Constantly looking at them.

Do you think they are present in their lives?

Example: If you know you must leave the house let’s say by 7:30am and you aren’t a morning person, and you need some “coffee time in the morning” or “meditiation time” just plan your time by design.

Upon rest at night, make a list of all the tasks you need to get done in order for you to be out of the house by 7:30am stress free (make the bed, meditate, stretch and make breakfast etc.) You also know you have 1hr and 1/2. It might take a day or two but you’ll figure it out. Time is on your side.

You’ll get it done…trust the process.

2)PLAN YOUR CHUNKS OF TIME 

Certain parts of your day can be chuncked.  Your job is most likely 8 hours, you know what you need to get done in that time. Somehow you do and when you don’t it gets chunked into next days

Chunk your gym time…  You know you want to get to the gym on Tues. but  you work late, and you are usually hungry. Plan to snack and maybe cut your normal hour workout to 1/2 hour of HIIT training. Time is all you have so make it work for you.

3)BE PRESENT AND MINDFUL IN EVERY MOMENT.

  Every hour is the same 60 min and 3600 seconds. Every day you get the same 24 hours =1440 minutes.

Plan, execute and LIVE your life.

I don’t obsess about “what time it is ” or “all I have to get done”

I just do it and time is my friend.
