Want better sex…let’s explore the pelvic girdle. The pelvic girdle is the cavity of the hip and the sacrum. In our pelvic girdle we have the pelvic floor.
Better sex right? Without making the connection to your pelvic floor your sex with your partner would be rather lackluster.
Our pelvic girdle is the foundation of our CORE including the lower back which is part of your CORE. Without us strengthening our lower back and Core muscles, we can’t ever think about mind blowing sex.

Ok I’ve got your attention…. Here are 6 (sex) proven ways to improve your sex life TODAY!
This can be done alone or with a partner.
1) BREATHE….
the breath is an obvious part of great sex. I am sure you know about the panting breath?? What if I told you to slow down the breath?
To inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. As you inhale through your nose feel the front ribs lace together and the ribs on the side expand. Like an accordion. Feel the diaphragm float down to your pelvis and exhale. As you exhale feel the belly connection in the transverse (lower abdominals) pull together. Feel the diaphragm floating up as the lower abs connect via the transverse abdominus (TA).
Do this daily….not only will you see a difference in your Core but the SEX….Ahhhh..
2) Stand taller while you pull your naval into your spine. Relax your shoulder blades back and down. You immediately radiate confidence which then improves your love making. A confident woman is a sexy woman.
2) Get on your hands and knees in a quardruped position. Make sure your wrists are in line with your shoulders. Keep your head in line with your spine. Imagine you have a glass of expensive champagne on your back, which you don’t want to spill.
Reach your right arm out (without changing the position of your head) and your left leg. Can you balance your champagne glass? Can you switch and alternate, any changes on balancing the glass? Guess what….a stable core is a core that is at a lesser risk of injury. Go ahead….make made love, have great sex!
3) Lie on the floor and bring your knees into your chest….better yet have your partner gently press on your shins as you reach your knees to your chest for a great lower back stretch….clothing optional!
4)Lie on your back with your feet on the floor, tilt your pubic bone towards your belly button (posterior tilt) then tilt it away (anterior tilt) repeat and dream…repeat and fantasize…..just that subtle movement creates lubrication in the lower vertebra L4 L5 and SI joint…. Now as you move back and forth, close your eyes …ahhh, let it go
5) Get in quadruped position (all fours see description above) and extend the right back and then the left. You are officially in a plank. Hold in your core as if you were wearing a corset. Hold for 30 sec and work your way up to a minute. Having a tone core =a sexy mid- section.
