
At this point I am not sure which variant is running rampant but I got Covid.
After 2 years it got me.
I do know why and I will share my story here. I also know that there may be others out there that will think I am crazy. I am also aware that lives have been lost and this is truly no joke.

I was very stressed and my emotions were all over the place last few weeks. As much as I eat well and exercise daily, take supplements and teach mindfulness, I was mentally stressed out.
It doesn’t matter if it’s stress, overwhelm, or just feeling anxious, it affects the body.
You know about the mind body connection, well, this is proof.
I have been exposed many times before and never got it. This time the mental toll got me. I got Covid.
My symptoms were mild, low grade fever and head cold. Sinuses were clogged. Dry Cough.
Here is what I did.
I gave myself permission to REST & RECOVER.
I didn’t work, which for me meant not exercising, but I did stretch every day.
I slept a lot. I even took naps.
I paid attention to my bodies needs.
I took the following supplements, NAC, ZINC, VITAMIN C, VITAMIN D
I took Propolis Raw Honey throat spray. I took teaspoon of raw honey every day.
I ate clean and drank lots of lemon water,
Please note this is just my journey. I realize everyone’s bodies are different and everyone’s symptoms are varied.
The most important thing I did was REST and SLEEP whenever I needed to. I mentally recharged.
Lesson for me was a reminder that the mind body connection is real.
