10 steps to create your best year.

Happy and Healthy New year 2022

This is the day that we all feel like we get a fresh start. A new beginning. What we all believe now is this will be our best year.

2022 is going to be amazing!

It can be. I am here to show you how.

As a certified life coach, I know the power of pen to paper, so get your journals out.

When we just think the answers, our neurons in the brain ignite but they don’t stick as a memory/belief in the brain. When we actually write them down, it’s like engraving it in your brain.The importance of a strong belief in the middle or the end of the year, is when it’s going to matter. You can laugh at this and think this is too much work, but ask your self this question.  Are you living on rinse and repeat? Why not take the reins and be intentional and live on purpose.

  1. In as much detail as possible, describe what you want your year to look like. (No limitations, sky’s the limit)
  2. How do you want to feel in 2022? (list all the feelings that you choose to want to feel)
  3. How do you want to show up this year? (be as detailed as possible)
  4. Set one audacious/bold goal that you want to set for your self this year? (you get to choose)
  5. Do 1 thing every week that is bold and requires you to flex your courage muscle. (you’ll be so surprised at the end of the year when you look back how important this one is)
  6. Everyday learn something new (google is your friend)
  7. Every week do 1 thing for self care. (think differently, getting your nails done self care)
  8. Move more. (not exercise, just move more)
  9. Take care of your mental health and sharpen your faith. (if we know one thing from this pandemic, it’s your faith and your mental health really matter)
  10. Make “Breathwork” a practice in your life. (you can start monthly, then weekly till it becomes a habit)

Now picture yourself next year on this day. Jan.1 st 2023 and think about what you’re feeling. Pride for living your best life without relying on external circumstances.
