I wanted to share this little exercise, and no it’s not fitness based.
I’ve been doing this exercise for the last 15 years. It has helped me design and create my vision for the new year but also evaluate and appreciate the year ending.
I learned about this exercise from a life coach that I was mentored by as I was going through my life coach training. Use this as a form of self care.
Take some quiet time before New Years eve. Actually, hubby and I have made this our ritual on New Years eve, before the celebrations begin. We share our visions and our growths. There is a beautiful connection that happens when two people share and plan in their life’s dreams. You can do it with a friend or a family member. For years I did this alone, which was just as impactful and special. I planned and designed, appreciated and filled my self with gratitude. I highly recommend this exercise before stepping into the new year.
