Every Monday, I will email you some information for you along with the module and videos.

You will also get the schedule of dates and times of the coaching calls. 

You will also be asked to  join the private facebook group for this 12 weeks. 

If you miss a call, I will send you the recording.

You will also get the 9 workout videos that are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. 

You should schedule the workouts in your calendar.  This way you will develop a habit for your workouts.

This is going to be such a FUN and informative 12 weeks together.
